Hello foodie friends!
Last week was a special day! It was the Epiphany. It was special not by the celebration but mostly because it’s the day where you have the right (and duty) to eat a Kings Cake. It’s something that we do in my family each year and since I’m living really alone abroad and have my own flat like a real adult, I decided to bake a Kings Cake on my own for the first time. Then, since I love coconut and that the oven was already hot, I just baked coconut macaroons too (#guilty). Let me share with you my recipes!
